Vertical two-way mixer concrete mixer machine：

The mixer and the rotating arms with blades are designed in such a way that it consumes less power and mixing is done quickly so that it produces a homogeneous mix of concrete with optimum water / cement ratio eventually reducing curing time.
The mixer is supported on robust steel structured frame at a Suitable height so that it is convenient to discharge the mix into the mini dumpers and is easy to wash and clean. The inner portion of mixer's cylindrical body and the rotating parts are bolted & lined with wear-resisting materials for long life & easy replacement.
The specially designed computer control system helps in controlling the mixer's function for batching, dosing & mixing. It is attached to an independent cement silos with screw, sand & fillers through conveyor, water, ad-mix tank fitted with ball valve, pumps & weighing system and horizontal bins for storing & dispensing aggregate.
The moisture probes can be installed in the bins & silo for sensing moisture in the incoming raw materials &to control the water addition in the mixing cycle. Admix may be useful to improve the flow & workability with angular aggregates or assist to reduce curing times.
The computer control system & the installed load cells guarantee the accurate weighing of aggregates, sand & filler which is accumulated turn by turn into the temporary storage hopper to make a batch of a concrete mix.
A plant is designed to produce approx. 20 / 30 cycles per hour. Once the signal is given to the batching plant the well-mixed concrete from the mixer's discharging gate falls straight into the bucket of mini dumper which in turns goes on unloading & transporting it to the hopper of the extrusion machine.
